Z Group Srl recognizes the possibility of returning the goods within 5 working days after the delivery and for the following reasons:

-deformity with respect to what was ordered

-defects or damage to the product

-unwanted goods.

Beyond 5 days from delivery, return requests will not be accepted.

For the return it will be necessary to contact Z Group by sending an email to: webassistance@zhanggroup.it The communication must specify: the date and order number; the invoice number; the codes of the problematic or unwanted products; photos of products in case of damaged goods.

The cost of the return shipment will be charged to the customer.

The product must be sent to Z Group Srl (perfectly intact with its packaging and tags) accompanied by the transport document.

The customer can choose:

-replacement of products returned with other goods

-discount coupon (without expiration) of the same value as the returned goods

-refund (within 10 working days from the return of the goods to Z Group,Padua)

Customer can contact the Z Group office for any problems.
