The shipping is inclusive of packaging and postage costs. The packaging costs are fixed, while the transport costs are automatically calculated by the system based on the total weight of the shipment. In case of cash on delivery, the cost of shipping will be added if the sum of € 8 is added for the cash on delivery service.
Shipping in 24 / 48h
Orders are processed in 24 hours from the time of order and shipped in maximum 48 hours from the time of order.
In case that not all products are available, the Customer will be contacted by the E-Commerce Operator to agree on how to proceed (order cancellation, product replacement, discount voucher or refund).
Orders are shipping only after the receipt of the payment in currency on the Paypal or Sella accounts of Z Group Srl.
The E-Commerce Operator decides to entrust the parcels to one of the following couriers: DHL, BRT, SDA. The customer cannot choose the courier, but the status of the shipment of his order will be sent to him via email. All information relating to the tracking of the shipment will be sent to the customer via email.
The goods will be sent under your responsibility and the guarantees of the selected courier, but particular attention is paid to packaging, especially in the case of fragile items. The boxes have adequate dimensions and the articles are well protected by special materials.
Indicatively and without any obligation for Z Group Srl, the couriers chosen will deliver :
- within 24h North and Central Italy
- within 48h Southern Italy
- within 48 / 72h Islands
- within 48 / 72h Austria, Germany, Croatia, Slovenia
- within 8 working days for other European states.
Delivery times may be longer if the destination is located in a remote area or in a damaged area. In any case, the customer can contact the courier independently and look for all the details of his shipment through the link sent.
Failure to deliver and stock
In case of non-delivery, the customer is asked to promptly contact the courier to reschedule the delivery. The Courier continues with two delivery attempts; in the event that the customer is not available, the goods will be returned to Z Group Srl, it will have the right to cancel the order. Any costs of non-delivery and storage will be charged to the customer.
